Same day we called, a representative came in and accessed the property, we were quoted on the same day, fair price, and they came in fully equipped and not only cleaned the whole school, but did a through disinfection service and their service was spot on!. Our restaurant has been maintained by The Pristine Team Ltd for 3 months now, and I must confess, we do not regret hiring them one bit. I would strongly advise against using this company under any circumstances. I initially contacted the company and spoke directly with the owner, Raphael, who provided a quote for a deep clean. Before proceeding, I took the time to clarify key details to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, immediately after I paid the deposit, he introduced new terms, stating that I would have to pay additional charges if more hours were required. This was never disclosed beforehand. My discussion with him was clearly focused on the total cost for cleaning the property based on the full details I had already provided—not on an hourly arrangement. Changing terms after taking payment is misleading and highly unprofessional. This was my first major concern. Unfortunately, the situation escalated significantly on the day of the service. Raphael spoke to me in an aggressive and hostile manner and began shouting at me in my own home. I was alone with him and his staff at the time, which made the situation feel intimidating and unsafe. His behaviour was completely unacceptable and crossed the line from poor customer service into outright intimidation. I felt compelled to warn him that I would contact the police if he did not stop. At no point should a customer feel threatened in their own home by someone they have hired. His conduct was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. Overall, this experience was stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable from start to finish. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and aggressive behaviour demonstrate a complete disregard for basic customer service standards. Amazing experience taking away the stress! So grateful for their help! Raphael gave clear communication from the start (even out of hours and on the weekend) and was so courteous, friendly and personal - very unique compared  to other companies I spoke to. And also much more reasonably priced. He was quick to quote detail in an official quote document and to provide the service needed urgently within a couple of days. Very thorough, high quality work and excellent communication throughout, with no inconvenience and his on-site supervision. Oven, fridge and washing machine cleans impressive. Well worth getting everything done in one go. Highly recommended!
